30 Minute New Client Consultation (1:1) - Free
For those who want to meet me beforehand and see if we are a good fit.
In person or online.

50 Minute Individual Session for all Ages (1:1) - $130 (+ 5% GST)
This is the typical choice for individual counselling.  

50 Minute Individual Online Session (1:1) - $130 (+ 5% GST)
For those who want to keep a safe distance due to health reasons, or for those unable to come into the office.

100 Minute Intensive EMDR Session (1:1) - $240 (+ 5% GST)
EMDR Trauma Therapy Sessions usually require more time once the Preparation Phase is completed.

I am registered with CVAP for those who receive benefits through victim service programs or through the Crime Victim Assistance Program. 

Sessions for most First Nation clients are covered by FNHA.

I also offer a reduced-cost sliding scale for those who otherwise are not able to afford counselling (based on household income). Please ask for information.
